nfdump-dbg software package provides netflow capture daemon tools compiled with debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install nfdump-dbg
nfdump-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the nfdump-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nfdump-dbg *
You will get with nfdump-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
